Tiger’s Eye is a quartz gemstone, originally found in Germany, and forms when crocidolite dissolves and quartz takes its place! The quartz settles in a fibrous and chatoyant form giving it the effect of a “cat’s eye” when you rotate it in light. Tiger’s eye represents fire and the earth and is also well known as the stone of protection!
